‘and there was no dance, no holy place from which we were absent.’ Inspired by the words of the ancient greek poet Sappho, HYSTERIA is a celebration of the fearsome power and joy of queer feminine creativity. This dance piece takes the form of a dreamy rite that explores the deeply personal relationship of the dancers with this embodied art. Queer artists and fans are invited to join us for a post-show social to make connections and build community.
